These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gitspine software ("Software") provided by Castle Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

gitspine is provided free of charge for any use, personal or commercial. We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Software for its intended purpose.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices in the Software

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is the property of Castle Labs LLC and is protected by copyright. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

We may release updates to the Software at our discretion. Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantees.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASTLE LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Castle Labs LLC regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
